One day on request from his wife Shannon, the idea of creating a unique dessert came to his mind. Edmond Masjedi wanted to make a dessert that had a different taste that helped in soothing the taste buds. Thus, it was then he created the Icy treat by adding an uncommon ingredient like alcohol to his ice cream mixture. It was at this time that the Snobar came into existence. This was a defining moment in his life. There was no looking back for him since then. He forged ahead with this wonderful idea to carve out a success story for himself.
